My name is Thaïs (on the left). I spent ten years trying to answer this famous question: “What do you really want to do? ”.
I started with what I knew how to do, evolved quickly, loved learning... but never really felt like I belonged. This is where my path crossed that of Géraldine, an occupational psychologist for 25 years, 500 people supported and (a ton) of great reviews. And my life has literally changed.
Géraldine was the one who taught me to know myself better and gave me the courage take the leap of entrepreneurship. One day, I said to her with a laugh: “We should have clone you a million times to help a million people”. That's where Jurni was born.
We haven't (yet!) cloned Géraldine, but we made her approach much more accessible, fast and fun. To also help you gain clarity.
Jurni is a five-step journey of self-discovery designed by Géraldine. The approach draws on proven psychological frameworks and simple, practical exercises to help you identify the key drivers of your satisfaction at work. We’ve digitized the entire process without losing any of its depth. And to make it even more effective, we’ve integrated AI to deliver an experience that adapts to you in real time.

We spent (way too many) hours coming up with the perfect name. Jurni, short for journey, is the path we help you trace: your professional career, clearer and seamless. The rounded letters evoke a smooth, frictionless experience. And the lightning bolt? It's our way of saying we're here to save you time.
